How to get contacted by brands on Soraivy

You don’t need a million admirers to work with brands. Many brands want smaller creators whose viewers really trust them. The trick is making it easy for the right brand to find you and say yes. Here is how brand deals work on Soraivy, and how to get ready for them.

How brands find creators on Soraivy

Brands can use Creator Matchmaking to search for creators by niche. When they find someone they like, they send a collab request. That request lands in your Brand Inbox in Studio, where you can read it and reply. Brands can also post campaigns that creators apply to, and invite creators directly. You get an email when a brand invites you.

Step 1: be clear about your niche

Brands search by topic. If your channel jumps between cooking, gaming and travel, it’s hard to place you. Pick a main topic and make it obvious. Say it in your channel’s About text. Use a matching channel category. Keep most of your videos on that topic.

Step 2: set up your media kit

Your media kit is like a résumé for brands. Soraivy fills in your stats, audience and top videos automatically from your channel. You add your rates. Your rates are only shown to verified brand accounts, so you can be honest about pricing without posting it for the whole world.

Step 3: make your channel look trustworthy

  • Use a real profile picture and a clean banner.
  • Write a short, honest About section.
  • Give every video a clear title and a description.
  • Keep your content within our Community Guidelines. Brands check.

Step 4: apply to campaigns yourself

Don’t just wait. Look through open campaigns and apply to ones that fit your channel. In your application, explain why your viewers would care about the brand. A short, personal note beats a copy-pasted one every time.

How you get paid safely

For brand deals, the brand pays into escrow first. That means the money is held safely before you start. Don’t begin work until the deal says Funded. When you finish, you submit your published videos to the deal. Only public videos can be submitted, so publish first.

Becoming a Brand Ambassador

Some brands want a longer partnership. In that case, you may be offered a Brand Ambassador agreement. The rates for Shorts and long videos are written in, and you sign it online. Ambassadors can apply for the red Brand Ambassador badge, which shows viewers the partnership is real.

Always tell viewers about paid deals

If a brand paid you, say so clearly in the video. Many countries require it, and viewers notice when you hide it.

Start small, do great work, and deliver on time. Brands talk to each other, and one good deal often leads to the next.

What to say when a brand contacts you

Reply quickly and politely, even if the deal is not a fit. Ask what they want: how many videos, which dates, and what the budget is. If something is unclear, ask. It is always fine to say no to a deal that does not suit your viewers.

One more tip: keep a simple record of every deal you do, with the brand, the dates, what you made and how it performed. When the next brand asks what you have done before, you will have real examples ready to share.
