Community Guidelines — Soraivy

Effective date: August 6, 2026

1. Introduction

Soraivy is a creator-first video platform for videos, Shorts, and live streams. These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") explain what is allowed on Soraivy, what is prohibited, and how we enforce these rules. They apply to all uploads, live broadcasts, comments, channel profiles, community posts, and messages on the platform.

These Guidelines supplement our Terms of Service and Copyright Policy. Violating these Guidelines may lead to content removal, strikes, reduced distribution, suspension, or account termination.

2. Prohibited content

The following categories of content are prohibited on Soraivy:

  • Sexual content and child safety: pornography, sexual activity, sexual solicitation, and any sexual content involving minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is never allowed — we report it to the relevant authorities and remove the account.
  • Violence and dangerous acts: graphic gore intended to shock, incitement to violence, threats, instructions facilitating violent wrongdoing, and praise of terrorist organizations or violent extremists.
  • Harassment, hate, and bullying: targeted harassment, hate speech attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics, doxxing, and repeated unwanted contact.
  • Spam, scams, and deception: bulk spam uploads, misleading titles or thumbnails, fake engagement (bought views, admirers, or comments), phishing links, impersonation of other creators or brands, and financial scams.
  • Intellectual property violations: uploads that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. See our Copyright Policy and DMCA / Grievance process.
  • Illegal activity: content facilitating crime, sale of illegal goods or services, drug manufacturing instructions, and any content that violates applicable law in India, the United States, or the viewer's jurisdiction.
  • Self-harm and eating disorders: content encouraging or providing instructions for self-harm, suicide, or disordered eating. If you are struggling, please contact a local crisis helpline.
  • Misinformation with risk of harm: verifiably false claims that could cause real-world harm, such as dangerous health misinformation or manipulated media presented as authentic.

3. Age-appropriate content

Content that is sexually suggestive, depicts graphic violence in a non-educational context, or is otherwise unsuitable for younger audiences may be age-restricted or removed. Uploads depicting sexual activity or nudity primarily intended to arouse are not permitted at any age gate.

4. Enforcement and strikes

When we detect or receive a report of a violation, our moderation team reviews the content and may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Remove the upload, comment, post, or live broadcast.
  • Issue a strike against the channel. Repeated strikes can lead to suspension.
  • Reduce distribution of borderline content in recommendations.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for severe or repeated violations.
  • Restrict monetization eligibility for violating channels.

We may act immediately and without prior notice for severe violations, including CSAM, terrorism content, and credible threats of violence.

5. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was penalized by mistake, you can appeal. Use the appeal option shown in Studio or email support@soraivy.com with your channel handle, the affected upload or broadcast ID, and an explanation. We review appeals and communicate decisions by email. For copyright removals, see the counter-notice process in our DMCA / Grievance policy.

6. Reporting violations

If you see content that violates these Guidelines, report it. Use the Report button on a watch page when signed in, or submit a structured complaint through our public Report content form — no sign-in required. Copyright complaints follow the DMCA / Grievance process. False or abusive reports may affect your own account standing.
