End User License Agreement (EULA) — Soraivy

1. Parties and Acceptance

This EULA is a legally binding agreement between you and the Soraivy operating entities:

• International: Soraivy, Inc., 131 Continental Dr Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA

By installing, accessing, or using the Soraivy iOS app (or any Soraivy app) you agree to this EULA, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. This EULA supplements the Apple Media Services Terms that govern App Store downloads.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not: (a) copy, modify, reverse-engineer or decompile the app; (b) rent, sell or sublicense it; (c) scrape or harvest data without permission; (d) bypass security or violate law or third-party rights.

3. Accounts, Eligibility and Subscriptions

You must be at least 13 (16 in some jurisdictions) to use Soraivy. You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Paid features (e.g., memberships, digital goods) on iOS are sold via Apple In-App Purchase and subject to App Store billing, renewal and refund rules. On the web, payments may be processed by authorized gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe). See Refund Policy.

4. User-Generated Content — Zero Tolerance

The app hosts user-generated content (UGC): uploads, Shorts, live chat, comments and profile content. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not post content that contains or promotes:

• Sexual content involving minors, sexual solicitation, pornography or non-consensual nudity
• Harassment, bullying, hate toward protected characteristics, incitement to violence, or graphic violence
• Spam, scams, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity
• Intellectual-property infringement or circumvention of protections

By using UGC features you agree not to post objectionable content and not to harass or abuse others. Repeat or severe violations result in content removal and account ban/termination. See Community Guidelines and Terms §5B.

5. Moderation, Filtering, Reporting, Blocking and 24-Hour Enforcement

We moderate UGC with automated filtering (upload scanning, keyword/spam heuristics, AI-assisted review where applicable) and human review. Specifically:

• Filtering: Uploads, comments and live messages are screened before or shortly after publication; violative content is blocked or removed.
• Report / Flag: Every video, comment and live-chat message offers ⋯ → Report. Choose a reason (e.g., harassment, hate, nudity, spam, copyright). Reports are queued for review — no sign-in required on the web form at /report-content.
• Block user: From any profile or content menu choose ⋯ → Block. Blocked users’ content is hidden from you; they cannot interact with you. Manage blocked accounts at Settings → Blocked.
• Developer action within 24 hours: We review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours and, when confirmed, remove the content and eject (ban or suspend) the user who provided it.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Our use of data is governed by the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. In summary:

• What we collect: Account information (name, email, profile you provide), content you upload, communications with support, device/IP/usage diagnostics, cookies (essential, analytics, preference, marketing where applicable), and — if you link Google/Apple — limited profile data permitted by that provider.
• How we use it: To operate and improve Soraivy, manage your account, process transactions, personalize, provide support, analyze trends, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with law.
• Sharing: We do not sell personal information. We share only with service providers (hosting, analytics, payment gateways such as PayU/Stripe and Apple IAP), when required by law, to protect rights/safety, during business transfers, or with your consent.
• Retention & security: Kept while your account is active or needed for law/disputes, then deleted or anonymized; protected by industry-standard technical and organizational measures.
• Your rights: Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (subject to law). Contact lakshay@soraivy.com — we respond within 30 days. International transfers (e.g., India ↔ USA) use appropriate safeguards.
• Children: Not directed to children under 13 (16 in some regions); we do not knowingly collect from them.

The iOS app may request camera, photo-library and microphone access only after your permission; you can revoke in iOS Settings. Sign in with Apple limits collected data to name and email, supports Hide My Email, and does not track for advertising without consent.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time in the iOS app: Settings → Delete Account. Confirm twice; deletion is permanent. You may also delete via soraivy.com/settings → Account → Delete, or by emailing lakshay@soraivy.com. Cancel active Apple subscriptions in App Store → Subscriptions before deletion. On deletion we remove your profile and personal data per the Privacy Policy and legal retention rules.

8. Intellectual Property, Copyright and Appeals

Soraivy’s trademarks and software remain ours. You retain rights to your UGC but grant us a license to host and distribute it to operate the service. Copyright complaints and counter-notices are handled via our DMCA / Grievance and Copyright Policy; appeals are available for mistaken removals. Repeat infringers face strikes, reduced distribution, suspension or termination.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this EULA or the Terms (including zero-tolerance UGC violations), with survival of ownership, warranty-disclaimer and liability sections. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers, Liability and Apple Terms

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited as described in Terms §§9–10. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of purchase price; otherwise Apple has no further warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app or your possession/use, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, and consumer protection. The Licensed Application End User License Agreement in the App Store Terms applies between you and us, with Apple as a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce it.

11. Changes and Contact
