- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Note: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. For the official text of the law, see the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA page.
You may also use our web complaint form or the Report button on a watch page when signed in.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent. To be effective, your counter-notice must include:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Soraivy will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days, unless the complainant first files a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
