1. Introduction

The Soraivy platform ("Soraivy," "we," "us," or "our"), operated in India by MERCURYAI INNOVATIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and internationally by Soraivy, Inc., respects intellectual property rights and is committed to ensuring that content available on our platform complies with applicable copyright laws. This Copyright Policy outlines how we handle copyright ownership, user-generated content, infringement claims, and our expectations for all users of the Soraivy platform.

This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and DMCA Policy.

2. Soraivy's Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and technology created and owned by Soraivy — including but not limited to:

• Platform design, layout, and user interface
• Logos, trademarks, and brand assets
• Proprietary software, code, and algorithms
• Written content, documentation, and marketing materials
• AI models, tools, and creative outputs generated by Soraivy

— are the exclusive intellectual property of Soraivy, Inc. and/or MERCURYAI INNOVATIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of India, the United States, and other jurisdictions.

No part of Soraivy's proprietary content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from the applicable operating entity.

3. User-Generated Content and Copyright Ownership

a. Ownership

You retain full ownership of any original content you create and submit to the Soraivy platform ("User Content"), including text, images, designs, code, and other creative works, provided that such content is your original work and does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

b. License Grant to Soraivy

By uploading or submitting User Content to our platform, you grant Soraivy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving our Services. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Soraivy.

c. Your Representations

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are the original creator of the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit it
2. Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any third party
3. Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
4. You have the authority to grant the license described above

4. Prohibited Copyright Infringement

Users of the Soraivy platform are strictly prohibited from:

1. Uploading, sharing, or distributing content that infringes the copyright of any third party
2. Reproducing or republishing copyrighted text, images, music, video, software, or other works without authorization from the rights holder
3. Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright notices or proprietary legends on content
4. Using Soraivy's platform to circumvent digital rights management (DRM) or other copy protection mechanisms
5. Creating derivative works based on copyrighted material without the necessary rights or licenses
6. Misrepresenting ownership of content submitted to the platform

Violation of this policy may result in immediate removal of infringing content, suspension or termination of your account, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable.

5. AI-Generated Content and Copyright

Soraivy operates an AI-powered creative platform. With respect to AI-generated content, the following applies:

a. Outputs Generated by Soraivy's AI

Content generated through Soraivy's AI tools may be used by you subject to the license terms applicable to your account plan. Soraivy does not claim copyright over outputs you generate using our tools, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

b. Input Content

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you input into Soraivy's AI tools — including text, images, or other materials — does not infringe third-party copyrights. Submitting copyrighted material as input without authorization is a violation of this policy.

c. Evolving Legal Landscape

Copyright law as it applies to AI-generated content continues to evolve. Soraivy will update this policy as applicable laws and regulations develop. Users are encouraged to stay informed about copyright requirements in their jurisdiction.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe that content on the Soraivy platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our Designated Agent in accordance with our DMCA Policy. Please include all required elements as outlined in that policy.

Soraivy will respond to valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing content.

7. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent as outlined in our DMCA Policy. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Soraivy will follow the procedures set forth under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

8. Repeat Infringer Policy

Soraivy maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others will have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion based on the nature, frequency, and severity of violations.

9. Fair Use
