The silver Brand badge: what it means and how companies get it

Fake brand accounts are a real problem on the internet. Someone copies a company’s logo, posts scams, and people get fooled. The silver Brand badge on Soraivy exists to stop that. When you see it next to a channel name, you know it is the real company.

Who the Brand badge is for

The silver badge is for official company channels and brand partners. That includes businesses, startups, shops, agencies and organizations that want a verified presence on Soraivy. It is not for personal creator channels, even very big ones. Those have their own badges.

What you need to apply

• A Soraivy channel for your company.
• Your company’s name.
• A work email on your company’s own domain, like name@yourcompany.com.

We don’t accept personal addresses like Gmail or Outlook for this badge. The work email is how we check that you really belong to the company.

How to apply

Sign in and open Studio → Badges. Choose Brand, fill in the form and submit. You will get a confirmation email. Our team reviews every application by hand. If we need more details, we will email you.

Why the badge helps your brand

Viewers trust verified accounts more. When creators mention you, viewers can click through and see the real channel. It also makes your collab requests more believable. A creator is far more likely to reply to a verified brand than to an unknown account.

What the badge unlocks for brand work

Verified brand accounts can see creator rates in media kits. That makes planning a campaign much faster. You can use Creator Matchmaking to find creators by niche, send collab requests to their Brand Inbox, and fund deals through escrow.

Keep your brand channel healthy

Post real content, not just ads. Show how your products are made, share tips, and feature your customers. Reply to comments. A brand channel that feels human earns much more trust than one that only sells.

What a badge doesn’t do

The badge is about trust, not reach. SoraPulse never uses badges when ranking videos. Your brand’s videos compete on the same terms as everyone else. Make them good, and viewers will find them.

Questions brands often ask

We are a small business with no company domain. Can we apply? The work email on your own domain is how we verify you. If you don’t have one yet, setting up a company domain and email is usually quick and cheap, and it also makes your business look more trustworthy.

Can an agency apply for a client? The badge should be on the brand’s own channel, applied for with the brand’s own email domain.

How long does review take? It depends on volume. You get a confirmation email when you submit, and we will contact you if we need more details.

Can the badge be removed? Yes, if a brand channel breaks our rules or the details behind it change. This keeps the badge meaningful for viewers.
