How brands can work with creators on Soraivy

If you’re a brand, you’ve probably worked with creators before, and you’ve probably also dealt with vague DMs, rates that change halfway through, and deliverables nobody wrote down. We designed brand partnerships on Soraivy to take most of that pain away. Here’s how it works.

Step 1: set up an official Brand channel

Create a channel for your company, then apply for the silver Brand badge from Studio → Badges. You’ll need your company name and a work email on your company’s own domain. We don’t accept personal addresses for brand verification, because the badge is meant to tell viewers “this really is the company.” Our team reviews every application by hand.

Step 2: run a campaign

From the brand marketplace you can post a campaign that creators can apply to, or invite specific creators you already like. Creators get an email when you invite them, and a confirmation when they apply, so conversations start quickly instead of getting lost in inboxes.

Step 3: sign ambassadors properly

For longer relationships, Soraivy supports Brand Ambassador agreements. The rates for Shorts and long-form videos are written into the agreement, the creator signs online through a private link that expires after seven days, and both sides get a signed PDF. Ambassadors can then carry the red Brand Ambassador badge next to their channel name, so viewers can see the partnership is real and disclosed.

Why small creators are worth a look

Because SoraPulse doesn’t rank by channel size, smaller creators on Soraivy can reach audiences well beyond their admirer count. Smaller communities also tend to trust their creators more. A recommendation from someone with 5,000 engaged admirers can move more people than a passing mention from someone with a million. It’s worth testing a few smaller partnerships before assuming only big names work.

Keep it honest

Sponsored content on Soraivy has to be clearly disclosed, and it has to follow our Community Guidelines like everything else. That protects your brand too: audiences forgive an ad, but they rarely forgive feeling tricked.

A simple plan for your first campaign

  • Pick one clear goal. For example: more app installs, or more people who know your name.
  • Choose three to five creators whose viewers match your customers.
  • Agree on the videos, the dates and the rates up front, in writing.
  • Let creators speak in their own voice. Their viewers can tell when a script is forced.
  • Look at the results after the campaign ends, and keep working with the creators who did well.

Mistakes we see brands make

The most common one is picking creators only by admirer count. Big numbers look good on a slide, but they don’t always mean sales. Watch a few of the creator’s videos first. Read the comments. Do people trust this person? That tells you more than any number.

Another mistake is asking for too much. One honest, well-made video usually beats five rushed ones. Give creators time to do good work.

How to measure success

Decide how you will judge the campaign before it starts. Views are one signal, but they are not the only one. Look at comments, saves and shares too. If you can, give each creator their own link or code. Then you can see which creator brought real customers, not just clicks.
